NFL Talk

eli claims he was having a "quarterbacking moment" so i think the critics will let him go for that one.

@Burke, there seems to be something brewing about Peyton every single day. I think he should just retire and let all the talk die away. The news will only get nastier if he decides to stay in the NFL, not to mention the potential for him to suffer injuries again.

@IcyTexture, vavir is right...i'm not going to delete this. Plus you cant delete a forum, i don't think, right?

Also, Peyton won't get fined because he wasn't sponsoring Budweiser. I think you only get fined for sponsoring it.

Just a thought: did chess.com get an update because everything looks new and renewed. Also Online Chess is called Daily Chess. Any thoughts?

Completely agree.

@gatorrt they created a new chess.com where everything is so cool. You guys should try it. I have, and it's amazing!!!!! One of the cool updates is that in online chess the software tells you what opening or attack your opponent is playing. Just type New Chess.Com in google and it should come up.

Is that what you are talking about, because for me it still says online chess.

Looks like K. Cousins is gonna be franchised. Washington probably wants some more starts under his belt before committing the big money.

What is the Saints salary cap outlook? Can they get some defensive help before Brees is an old goat?

Steelers also need some defensive help but are only 2.5mil under the cap with a lot of roll players being ufa.

The 49ers, is Kaepernack the answer? Will they be looking for a QB this off season?

Why don't we do a trivia game?

Question: Which player has won 5 Superbowls?

My guess is that they give him a chance in Chip Kelly's system

Trivia answer➡ Charles Haley

With the Cowboys and 49ers I believe.

Next question

Who are the two 4-0 SuperBowl QBs? And who is 0-4 as a SuperBowl QB? (No googling)

Avatar of Burke

0-4 has gotta be Jim Kelly. Unless Frank Reich started one of those 4 Buffalo losses. I can't think of enough other teams that have lost 4 at all. Gotta be Kelley. 4-0. Has to be Bradshaw and....Montana? No. Steve Young probably won 1 or 2. Can't be Young then either. Staubach? Surely not 4. Not any Giant QB. Elway only has 2. I'll go with Montana then though I don't think he got 4.

Avatar of WBFISHER

Yes Burke, well played

4-0 Bradshaw & Montana

0-4 Kelly

Minnesota is O-4 in the SB also.

Your up for giving the next trivia question

Avatar of Burke

I knew MN had lost 4 but I know that Joe Kapp was the QB in the first loss and he never made another Super Bowl.

OK, Question: Which pro QB has won the most championships?

Avatar of 17rileyc

It's gotta be Brady...

Avatar of Burke

Nope. It's kind of a trick question.

Avatar of WBFISHER

A Browns QB I think, trying to remember his name.

Otto Graham?

Avatar of Burke

Yes. That's it. I would have given partial credit to Bart Starr with 2 Super Bowls and 3 NFL championships but he's still a distant second to Otto Graham with 7 total, although only 3 were NFL. I did say PRO and not NFL.

The board is yours WBFISHER.

Alright another question from the distant past,

Which current NFL team use to play in Dallas as the Texans?

Avatar of Burke

I think the Kansas City Chiefs. I seem to remember a photo of a team with the state of Texas on their helmet identified that way.

Which NFL QB once threw a TD pass to himself?
