gun: NEEDS A CHARGE TO SHOOT 25% chance to do nothing, 25% to explode, 50% chance to shoot ( increases per charge )

reroll: rerolls his MAX HP goes as low as 50 and as high as 130

hat tip: adios weakness needs 3 charges to use
