Ha ha, good one! I'm currently passing through Catalonia on my "world tour". Unfortunately, it's a bit virtual (a few clicks of the mouse). Later today, I should be on to the next country on the list!
The Mediterranean diet is also good, although not quite as good as keto. Also, what constitutes a Med diet is a bit fuzzy - thee is no standard definition.
