Flawless Juice. Listen to me hunnie. You have to understand that all people deserve respect. Whatever you said to this person, it obviously wasn't good. See they are even posting in their native language that I'd have to use the google translator to read. That usually means that they are very upset.

This same person has asked me to not use terms of endearment on him. And I respect that. You can talk to me about this silliness "manipulate" because I just take it with a grain of salt,but please know that everyone is not lie me.

You know in real life I have been called to the executive office. They say I'm not in any big trouble (so they say) but Im going to meet with a woman whom I've never met. So the same about respect can be said about me.

As for reaching out to chess.com. I think it was just, if the member in question was violating the TOS, then perhaps it's in chess.com's best interest to take a look into the matter.

However, I like to take a different approach. I'd rather just talk to the "insulting" member directly and find out if he needs hugs. Because sometimes we are deprived of love and kindness, and need it very much.
