If it's cheating you're banned for "fair play"
Abuse is kinda hard to be banned for (as long as you're acting like a normal person, and he seemed to). Usually you get some warning(s) or mute(s).
Maybe a mod overreacted.

You are right. But it's strange, because around two days ago he said there were people trying to ban him from chess.com.
That means it wasn't only one moderator, but several people. And it's something that took at least two days.
I should have asked him why when he said that.

Maybe he was fighting with people in a group? I remember at one time I was normal in the forums, but getting into some fights in the open discussion group for example.

He also said the government most probably was reading his posts when he was talking in the previous thread, so the men in black theory looks quite plausible

Too bad they deleted everything he said in the other forum.
He also confessed some crimes, but I thought he was trolling, so I didn't pay attention and I don't know what they could have been.
Then he sent me a chain email written by his lawyer. I will not reveal details because I respect his privacy, but it wasn't anything serious.
Maybe he was watched because of those crimes. I should have read them to know what they were, I feel curious now.
It was a stationary contraption with no means of propulsion. What he believed it was is not really relevant.

It could have been that kind of devil pulled the string, but two pieces don't fit:
1. He wasn't talking about politics or anything that could bother the devil. He was talking all the time about the most innocent spacecraft I ever heard about.
2. I was the one talking really bad about devils and nothing happened.
