This kind of mannerless and childish behavior from someone who is almost an adult is unacceptable, in my opinion. If you think the person will come back with a new account and send spam messages again, then you can turn off friend requests and change your settings so that only friends can send DMs. But back to the topic: creating a section like a “hall of shame” in your bio can be considered indirect cyberbullying, and it doesn’t change anything. It only shows that you are not ready to deal with the situation like a grown-up.
To conclude my message: on every single social platform (CC included), there will always be trolls or people who cannot deal with their feelings in an adequate way and therefore make mistakes. However, on online platforms it is much easier to avoid these situations. We are human, we all make mistakes, but if we make one, most of the time we can fix it. Even if things will never be the same, we can still try to minimize the damage.
