Saying "Well well well... What do we have here?" To someone who is lost

Is it cool to say this to someone if they're lost in your neck of the woods? I feel like it's appropriate in many situations. Personally I like to hang around hiking trails that aren't used too often, and every now and then someone will come along and I'll make eye contact with them and I'll say "Well well well... What do we have here?" I feel like this is what I'm supposed to say in these situations so It's usually what I say
