Where do you follow this stuff
Scientists discover a nearby star moving at six MILLION kilometers per hour.
I just randomly happened across that one on "What Da Math".

But I like Professor Hossenfelder of the Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies:

... and Dr Lincoln from Fermilab, too https://www.youtube.com/user/fermilab
And the guy who does "Explosions and Fire" is a scream, but I'm not sure I should link to his videos since they're typically full of swearing. Go to Youtube and search for him.
EDIT: Actually, this one's not too bad. He only uses the F-word about five times:

Whooosh!
"Nearby" is of course a relative term... it's about 29,000 light years away from Earth and it appears to have been violently ejected from our galaxy by a close encounter with Sagittarius A*, the supermassive black hole at the center of the Milky Way galaxy.

This is, unfortunately, rather old news. The star was first spotted about ten months ago. But I'm just hearing about it now, so I thought I'd pass the news along.
OMIGOSH THAT IS SO EXCITING!
And mate, you are telling us something that happened 10 months ago, seriously......
Whooosh!
