Only swapping twice is a record for me, really. I tend to swap ~5 times in an average game of scrabble. I know it's dumb, but there are better things to do in life than manage awful tiles...

Yeah, I like to swap too, but for me it's chess pieces, when my opponent is looking the other way.
Strangemover and Superman, you guys can take a 30 min. break while we allow The_Hairy_Gorilla and WeakChessPlayedSlowStrongScrabblePlayedFast to make some moves.
