Reminds me of the film called Man Bites Dog. Viewer discretion advised.

Incredible. Harp players usually also play the piano but I don't know how they can do both when they have to keep the nails like that to play the harp.

I did a little research into his musical history, and based on what I found, he doesn't play piano or have any distinct relationship with playing the instrument. However, I find it interesting that you mentioned this, because I have always seen a strong correlation between the two; the harp is a very "percussive" string instrument, as is the piano, and they each require a synchronicity in the dexterity of each hand to weave together the rhythm/melody of a piece of music. I regard both to be beautifully "passionate" instruments that capture something very special about our connection to music as human beings.

While watching him play I was thinking this has to be a level way above the usual grading scale. For ABRSM this would be virtuoso. But I don't know and sometimes music can sound very complex but is not so complex to play. I would love a Harpist to confirm what level of standard this is and how many people could perform it.
