I got told by some woman at Planet Fitness today that middleschoolers like me shouldnt lift heavy. I asked how old I looked and she said 12. I’m. Literally 16 turning 17 in august. Bruh. I’m 5’3 115 ibs And she was like. Yea that kids short so he mist be in middle school
I do both Weights and Calisthenics. I want to have impressive numbers and be very strong while still being able to control my body well without weird muscle stiffness. SO I'll like superset like 4 sets of 8 bench and 5 sets of 12 pullups
