If it is between going against the Sith, or going against the Jedi who apparently aren't around, well I am going to do what I have to do. And compare Darth Vader vs. Yoda- totally awesome badass dude who chokes people just for irritating him vs. thousand year old Kermit the Frog.

Anakin was such a muppet. The entire story was Padme's fault. If he wasn't distracted with her none of that would have happened. Seriously, Padme is dripping in the dark side. Check out her very gothic funeral.
Then there's the bit in The Phantom Menace were she finishes young Anakins sentence on the ship about missing his mother. Just like Palpatine did to her in front of Yoda in Clone. Yoda sniffs the dark side in Palpatine right there.
I'm not even sure George Lucas knows Padme is a sith. But I do... my young padawans.
And for the record, the Jedi are strongest. Mace Windu was the strongest in combat. He kicked Lord Sidious square in the arse, by himself, Yoda couldn't do that.

What would you do if Sith invaded you home town? And Would you be on their side or be with the Jedi?
I would look for the Sith sign-up sheet.
And I would be with the Sith cuz they can use Sith-Lightning and have red Lighsabers AND Darth Vader is on their side, and I think he's cool.
