Sleep Needs

People say 7 hours of sleep is enough, but I find that I need 10 hours every day.

According to stats, infants can need up to 19 hours sleep, and teens actually need a MINIMUM of 9 hours to function daily. 

I find the best sleeping hours are going to bed at like 12:00-1 and getting up at 10-11. 

Also, even if I get 10  hours/day for a week straight, and one day I happen to get only 4 hours, I still feel exhausted.

I try to get 9 hours every day, but ur right, u can die from sleep deprivation.

I'm 18 dude! And I never plan on having kids cause I can't handle the sleep deprivation

I pray every day that I will only need 4 hours sleep daily. I would go to bed at 3 in the morning, get up at 7

I drink A LOT of water every day. U need water in the morning as sleep causes dehydration

Protein could speed up cell regeneration thus reduce sleep.Avoid stress.

I eat a lot more salt than sugar. Salt is SOOO GOOD. I also stop drinking about 2 hours before going to bed so I don't have to get up and go to the bathroom

I know, but having to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night is annoying I've eliminated that

 Sleeping through the entire night continuously without waking up shouldn't be a problem. Waking up in middle of the night is extremely unhealthy and dangerous for ur heart

Not too much, but ur nervous system needs it to function
