It's called "night terrors", and yes, it's illusionary...it jappens sometimes when the body is halfway between the sleep state and being fully awake...
Yes. When you wake up too suddenly from REM, for some people, their body doesn’t switch out of sleep mode and so they remain in the paralysis of dream sleep.
Guys sleep paralysis demon is real because I was paralyzed in bed and I heard footsteps, must be the demon coming in. Or it was one of my family members.
