The picture was; I doubt if the words were! Just remember "it's okay to be Takei!"
Well, it fits his character. :P

I guess that McCoy's most common line was: " He's dead Jim ". As I mentioned in an earlier post how did they find people to go and be Security Officers on the Enterprise ? ( they were dropping like flies lol ).
Wearing a red shirt and serving with Kirk's crew was baaaad mojo!
"Guy Fleegman played a security officer who was quickly killed off in his only appearance on the show, in Episode 81. ... revived ... and with Guy playing the ship's chief of security, "Roc" Ingersol."

Yes but remember the are like 400 something people on the ship, so an individual red shirt has a pretty good chance of surviving.
But...wearing a blue or yellow shirt increases the chances of surviving ever more!
Yeah, and Scotty must be like an idol to the other redshirts because he never dies.
Thanks for all of the recent posts. A good question comes to mind here: since Scotty was the Chief Engineer why was he wearing a red shirt ? I do find that a bit odd but then again I guess that they didn't want to use green shirts for Engineering lol.
Thanks for the info and updates.
Javan64: I think that you are going to create a problem here. Now the " Doctor Who fans are going to demand some recognition. Then the " Lost In Space " crowd will start to complain and what about " Pigs I Space ", I mean that foxy Miss Piggy in a space suit lol.
Surprisingly, I've never watched a single episode of 'Dr Who.' What I've seen of it makes it a sure thing I never will, either.
Well " Doctor Who " has been in production a long time and several Actors have played the good Doctor, not all are of the same quality. Also the series is very low budget so the special effects are a bit below par, mind you that is part of the charm.
If I remember correctly one of the fellows in that photo had been featured many years earlier in the original TV series (in the " Squire Of Gothos " episode ? ). The name of the Actor escapes me tho.
There is a thread on the go in these forums about " what came first " which reminded me of one of the Star Trek movies. In " The Wrath Of Kahn " an experiment is underway called the " Genesis Project ". If the Genesis device were introduced onto a desolate lifeless planet it would be turned into a Garden Of Eden ( and there in that case the Genises Project would have been first ). Of course those those sneaky Klingons want to steal this new technology and so the adventure begins !
Javan64 is correct.
