Spam as much as you want

So for those who don’t know, to get the participant, megaphone, and chatterbox awards, you need to have these points for “being a part of the community.”

You get 1 point for commenting on a post, 2 points for publishing a blog, and 5 points for announcing news to a club. For participant, you need 100 points. For megaphone, 1000. And for chatterbox, 10000. So comment/spam as much as you want to get yourself some points.

Shouldn't the topic be locked as well since the sole purpose is to encourage spamming?

Locking the thread would be the much easier and best decision for the community. That, and a warning so that you can mute this user if he or she posts something like this again.
