Distracting or meaningless content... it's the first comment so it's not distracting or hijacking any previous discussion. Meaningless could be things like counting threads... or perhaps long comments of random nonsensical characters. Bumping old or inactive topics could fall into this.

the color doesnt mater really, i just think it would be cool if it was color coded so each mod god their own color
