It's a video. Here's the chart that illustrates the basic concept 
Basically the Locked in VS "...that word" on the horizontal is the level of openness your outfit has, while the ... "T word" VS Tank" is the measure of how presentable you are. So I'm top left, meaning I wear larger clothing that covers me quite a bit
It's a humorous presentation on how clothing xan be revealing yet formal (Jean shorts) or covering yet informal (Hoodies) and is actually pretty helpful for someone who doesn't know how to dress
It's a pretty valuable art lesson as well
