strange reply

I recently made my first posting in the forum.

Its wierd - the only reply Ive got so far just says "You've been on this site three years, and this is your only thread?"

Is that normal round here? Sad, very sad.

Let me explain because this question is asked very often.

let me compare this website with a huge city, Paris.
When you live in paris do you think that all people living there are all nice and friendly?  I suppose you'll  expect that  some people will be nice and others will behave bad.When one inhabitant of Paris behaves bad to you, do you ask the Frenchmen:'Is that normal around here? '  No. offcourse not.

This website has more members than there are people in Paris. There are friendly people and unfriendly people. Ignore the unfriendly people and have fun with friendly people.
I hope you will not be offended by this post. I was just making something clear.
(btw for the French people: there is nothing bad about Paris. its just an example)

I would say have some guts and post what interests you.
