Known as the "blunder bowl", with 11 turnovers in it, featured the Colts and Cowboys. Johnny Unitas's first start in a Super Bowl, after being benched as a backup in Super Bowl 3 filling in for Earl Morrall, a QB who later got traded to the Dolphins and went 11-0 as a starter for the undefeated Dolphins as a backup for Bob Griese. The Colts still had John Mackey, the best tight end to ever play the game. Mackey was aging, but was in his prime. Mackey caught a short, 15 yard pass to run 60 yards to make it a 75 yard TD pass. Jim O' Brien, who later missed the extra point after the touchdown, was in a pressuring situation. Tied 13-13 with 8 seconds left, O' Brien made a field goal about 35 yards that won the Colts their first Super Bowl.
