I just chopped some tomatoes and put in olive oil and a dash of apple cider vinegar salt n peppa....spread some tortilla chips on a baking sheet...sprinkle the tomatoes over and grated cheese....stick under the grill for a minute....sprinkle chopped chives and basil.
