They are beautiful indeed - thanks for the stunning pic! 👍

I saw an armadillo last night. You would be surprised at how fast I ran inside.

All animals are wild. Also butterflies. By the way, I met one two hours ago. He died In front of me 😭😭😭

The only encounters I have are in hunting so I guess I'm not allowed on this forum 😅

I have plenty of those, also. But you're right, not for this forum.

@Nylon-Sock-100, That buzzard is much better looking than our turkey vulture, which many call a buzzard. I noticed it has what looks like a smaller silhouette pattern on its wings. That same type pattern in the turkey vulture is one thing to look for when trying to decide if it's a vulture or eagle.

9 years ago a group of monkeys chased me for 5 minutes straight

But what about the California Condor? I was lucky enough to see one of those.

When I was about 10 or so, my older sister and I hopped the fence to go visit a bull that "seemed" friendly. It wasn't friendly. It chased us until we scrambled back over the fence, with lots of splinters and scrapes! (Of course we didn't tell our parents). surprise P.S. A bull is technically a farm animal but since it didn't know us, it was EXTREMELY dangerous and aggressive.

At my grandparents house a few years ago, a full family of rabbits fell in the pool (mama rabbit and 3 or 4 baby rabbits)
We managed to get them out, one of the babies fell back in, we got it out again, then they brought us some plants or something for food as a gift for saving them

I love wild rabbits so much and they are actually quite intelligent. They remember the people who were nice to them in the past, as you described in your story.

The birds with the largest wingspan around here are probably the bald eagle and great blue heron. Neither of them come close to a condor for wingspan. I've never been west far enough to see one.

Funny story is that a family of raccoons in my old house used to live in the backyard and on our porch. We tried to scare them by making noise but it wouldn’t work. There was a black bear too which we thought they were afraid of because one of the raccoons didn’t have an eye probably because of it. So we played black bear noises from google really loudly and they ran off.

I had a duel with a wasp when I was 14----it kept dive-bombing me at the foot of the driveway, and I'd drive it off with a swipe of my flyswatter...on the 4th pass I waited an extra second and finally hit it...

Your comment doesn't fit the posting guidelines for this thread, Boo. Please stop hurting our innocent animal friends.

So there once was a squirrel that lived in my backyard and we put food out for the squirrel, and while ik and knew that you shouldn’t feed wild animals we still did, and the squirrel came right up to the door and I watched the squirrel and s/he was so close

Also one time my sib when he was rly little went outside to look at the moon with our dog. Now, our dog, was not our dog, it was a fox or smth. Because, our dog was in my room all night long.

I saw bison before. Chill little fellas. Big in this case.
