Age is a huge part.,you nearly 18 ?, if so.join in the community and help where.you can and it.would show the moderators managers and mods what you can do etc

Um… what’s 3 years? But, I do care about this community, and wish that there was more I could do than report and block the user. But I hear you guys are working on putting restrictions in place to hopefully stop this from happening. Good luck! We appreciate you guys.

There are requirements to be a mod. If you meet those requirements you could apply.
The size of the site and number of content locations means that things will still get missed for a time, regardless of the number of mods.
