The Crusade of Darkness: My English Final

The year is around 1250 AD. The crusades are failing to purge the evil, both real and imagined, from the land. As such, it is open to everyone, religious or not. Plagues are killing thousands, and "horrors" are killing the survivors. Droughts make life harder, as do the bandits and corrupt rulers seeking to exploit this situation for their own gain. The story is a firsthand account of a knight, forced into this conflict by her religious stance. She will face conflict, physical, verbal, mental and spiritual as she questions her purpose, her morality, and the meaning of life itself, in this never ending war. A war which will not end. A war, without a purpose.

For my English final, I chose to make a horror fantasy story. I'll post updates here, share the final result, and I'm open to feedback! Also since a ton of characters will be needed (So they can be killed off), feel free to suggest ideas for that.

Quick note: This is entirely fictional and does not reflect my belief on anything mentioned. Also, some parts may be left out to make it ToS compliant, since it is a very dark story. I'll post the brief summary/teaser in an hour or so, I'm at the dentist rn.
Without further a do, here's the link. Accessing it is completely anonymus, and you shouldnt need to log in to view it anyways.

Ok so I just realized that it's likely simpler for me to post the link to the doc in the OG post and use the forum as an update/feedback area lol. I'll also add the "teaser" in just a minute here

Also I'd like to mention that this is the ROUGH, rough draft, so a lot is likely going to change
