Why bunny, I never did. The only thing I care about is that I don't drink green beer on Saint Patricks day because it turns my tongue green and I don't want to hear it when I get home.

your wife has otherworldly qualities if she can tell you have a green tongue by hearing you speak.

Wow I didn't even know about green beer!

it's a staple where i grew up (chicago) and in other communities in the u.s. that have historically large irish populations-boston, philly, etc., when st. patrick's day is observed. years ago when i would go to bars, bass, guinness, harp, even budweiser were green. hell, they even dye the river green. it was referenced in the fugitive movie.

when i was younger it was only a conversational piece to help me with the ladies. it really is just another reason to get people to go out spending money to drink. for us irish, we don't need a reason.

Food coloring is nasty... I knew a guy who got kidney stones from drinking too much Arnold palmer... it was the caramel coloring that did it. I've also heard of people with subtle allergic reactions to red food coloring. Who knows what that crap is really doing inside our gut no matter what color it is...

Of course you can't avoid food dyes unless you're extremely diligent about never eating processed foods... man I wish they just made food the color it is supposed to be lol...

What was the point of an empty quote, dinoz?  This isn't the thread about nothing.  This is the forum forum.  I hope this isn't going to be another FA type moment ...
