I saw my ghost once their also called shadow people everyone has one actually it just depends when you see them which is rare mine is called the tall man it’s a dark figure that has a top hat on which is weird but he’s pretty creepy to others who see him except me I like him I’ve only ever seen him once tho clearly all the other times it’s a blur in the corner of my eye but it’s linked to sleep paralysis and when I saw him when I woke up somehow I was able to just roll over and fall asleep this is real I promise there are multiple shadow people the tall man the hag and the witch but there’s more types I just remember those three

My ghost is chill he just stands in corners he’s kinda shy but he’ll disappear when I look at him I also see him when I’m about to pass out sometimes I named him James it’s a good name for him
