Oh, I don't know about it, that's why I asked - I just looked it up in Urban Dictionary and it has the Scottish usage of the word on the top [ http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Numpty ]

His brain is a fractal see? He's like "time is passing",," therefor, I am", then, he's like "I am what?"; I am talking to my self! That's when he realizes!! "time is a fractal" a consequence of the (me per mini me) equation. Where each 'huh-what' equals an interval of time. Let huh equal me. "What is me?".. " me is not everything else". Therefore, not everything else..I am". So then I am is recycled through the equation. Thus,the whole me is divided in such a way so that the mini me is to the other me as the other me is to the entire me. ..resulting in the golden me

hmmm yes.... if i understand you correctly... but it has even more aspects I think...
