Nobody really puts it in off topic. The reason being , while it's in the general chess discussion , (until the mods do the needful) , there's going to be a much larger audience than had it been in the off topic section.
Although in this particular case , she is quite young and probably hasn't figured out how to change the section. Or infact has no idea if something like that even exists
