Some of my family lives in California. Actually I mentioned the snowman one for this because a relative of mine visited a year or so ago and they never saw snow before. One thing they really wanted to do was build a snowman. When they visited, the little snow we had at the time was melting: but we they made a really small snowman with what we had. We offered them to return when we have more snow and then they could try more than just building a snowman - snowmobiling, sledding, ice skating and more; winter with snow is a cool season: there is nothing like it!
