The Space in between the Trees

Your every day house might be a bit cramped but I think that the prize of absolute messiness goes to the forest. How do we not see it though? It is not a mess but it is…

Houses have to get cleaned in some manner everyday because we eat, throw stuff around, bring things in, and spill. We don’t seem to like to part with pretty much anything, everything has significance. When we give in and keep everything we pay the price. Little do we notice though until it slows us down and keeps us from functioning normally.

However, forests and the animals that live in them don’t seem to mind all of the twigs, branches, and an occasional slug here and there. Is it just the way our minds’ work or does it have to do with how it comes to be. Meaning that the plants, rocks, animals, and trees do not appear in any way shape or form misplaced.

So how do we get rid of all this attachment and what does a forest do? Well as for the forest it gets burned eventually and starts new but since we don’t make our homes out of the woods we cannot burn our belongings. Which if we did would produce some toxic fumes and if we don’t die from them the earth will. The creative solution is too sell our belongings to someone else in a garage sale but sometimes even that doesn’t work so we donate it to people across the world who don’t have anything.

Your everyday forest might be a bit cramped but I think the prize of absolute messiness goes to the house. I think the reason might be that the forest is very hard to fill up since it reaches to the sky and the space in between the trees gives it the edge.

I am going to write a book and I thought this essay would be a good one to put in there. What do you think?
