It’s so encouraged in this country you can’t escape it. I don’t think it should be banned but maybe ten percent of people have genetic alcoholic tendencies and they have to see 100 alcohol advertisements a day which is pretty f’ed up. Or people addicted to sugar and fast food have to watch 100 pizza commercials a day where someone is using every psychological trick known to get them to eat a pizza. And toking is the most deadly and dangerous drug class known to humans lol because science is bs. Everything is so fu****d up in this country you gotta love it.

I'd stopped drinking alcohol maybe 10 years before going on keto. But, keto is so liberating. It's actually fun to be able to walk through the bakery department in my grocery store and not even be tempted by any of that stuff. And believe me, the stores *try* their best to get you to buy that crap.
And once you've been on keto a while and you're fat adapted, it's not difficult at all to skip a meal if necessary. If you're doing something where you don't want to take a break for a meal, you just skip it and no big deal. You might get a slight hunger pang for 15 or 30 minutes, but it goes away. And it's very minor, not the intense "hangry" feeling that carb eaters get.
No fun in that.😢

I did it again. Since my last post an hour ago, I made another trip to the grocery store. Had to walk through the bakery section to get to the meat section. (Probably not a coincidence that they set it up that way, lol.)
I just embrace my drinking. I even wear a t-shirt admitting my addiction. On the front it says: I'm hungover..." and on the back, it says "10 inches"

Oops. Maybe you didn't do enough research. Alcohol is carbs, and that chicken crust doesn't look very keto friendly,.. :-)
