Honestly I’m not being hateful, but FIDES decision to verify trans women before letting them play in women only tournaments doesn’t seem that horrible to me. I get where people are getting offended from, they feel that chess.com is assuming things about the capabilities of women. But being completely honest, let’s face it, Magnus Carlsen, the strongest male, would mop up the floor with Judit Polgar at her strongest every single time. It’s not necessarily because women are inferior. I think more likely it’s just that women don’t tend to be as interested in chess, so we never end up seeing the strongest female players because they never get obsessed with it the way many males do. That’s not an insult, it’s just the differences in how women think from men, and it’s not an excuse for hating on FIDE. Please people, say your beliefs politely next time (referring to the twitter rage responses)

I agree with FIDE's decision towards trans, nonetheless, this is not the topic of this post. We are talking about the nasty, politically biased behavior of chess.com and their censorship towards those whose opinion differ from them.

Chess is excellent at reinforcing anti-social behavior. The Forum is full of threads that attract sociopaths like cattle gathering around a watering trough.
Chess.com and its team morality is beyond ridiculous. I'll have to promote lichess.org instead
