this has been the worst week of my life

No matter what you go through, no matter what happens to you in life, no matter what garbage life throughs at you, taking your own life is never ever an option.

I've been through some big lows. Trust me, much worse than you could probably imagine, but I held on. If you give up in life's downs, all you'll do is miss out on it's ups.

In a few years, you'll look back, and be glad that you did not make the decision to end your life. Wait it out, and its going to get better.

It may not feel like it, but your problems are temporary. Hold on, and one day the clouds that seem unending will part, and the sun will shine. Don’t use a permanent “solution” to a temporary problem
