Chess.com actually thinks they are that good

Ill tell you why it's not this rating, clubs are not as great as you think. Full of trolls takes chess.com weeks or even months to take action on these trolls, after 2 years still haven't found a way to get rid of them, everytime I go to play a game the site is lagging and not loading properly litteratly the day I posted this forum too. Members get away with smurfing or sandbagging way too often because when I play rated which is rare now I'm always playing 1200s who played like 1800s or 2000s or had 1600 blitz

Girlie, you spend hours here every day and have been for almost two years. You enjoy being here, and that's why you've made a decision to stay here. I'm not saying that this is the most amazing platform, but you're being overly critical.

Ok then Ig it depends on personal experiences. For me I've never faced trolls in my clubs for months, and even then they were just banned from the club and that was it. I never get serious lags except for my own connection problems. Idk about the sandbagging part because I expect my opponents to perform well, but when I was low elo I didn't face them enough for me to recognize it.
