1. If i had a “My top ten bands I loathe” list, R.E.M. would be on it. Twice.
2. I don’t believe taking on debt is ever a good or wise choice. Mortgaging a house is an exception, in the right market.
3. We’re closer to the end of the world then we have ever been. Makes sense, so what?

5. Enjoy each day the best you can manage. There is no guarantee you get many more of them. Make today count, be kind to someone. It’s easy. Laugh. Laugh everyday about something. We even put it in our wedding vows, to be lighthearted and laugh together. It works, it really does.
