Heehee, I'm good at other things, I can pick my nose also, but sadly, that's about it! 
bet you can't do it with both nostrils with one hand, your eyes closed - which cirlcing your tummy with the other hand and standing on one leg!!!
I practise doing that at work - and I've not had a single customer approach me for months ... and it's funny how when i am on the till everyone suddenly doesn't need to buy anything any more ... the whole garden centre becomes littered with abandoned trollies full of stuff ... i can't work out why
I can't figure out that one either, maybe try sneezing on various items.
But no, I can't multi task, I need just a single finger per nostril, however, I'm willing to practise if it pleases the masses!
