does time move faster the older you get? seems like its slowing to me. now i wonder if it even exists. is it a construct of our brains or is it real?

Im getting older too, but I say its going by faster. My too sons are growing so fast...

i once heard that the reason time seems to move more quickly when you get older is because so much more time has passed.  when you are two a year is half your life.  but when you are 50 it is 1/50th of your life.

interesting. coach so does having children make time move faster? i have none maybe thats why its slowing down for me. planeden so is it the age or the memories that make it faster?

oh and is it just me or is light slowing down? seems like when i was younger and i flicked the switch is was almost instantaneous. now it seems like the darkness retreats slower and vice versa when i turn a light off it creeps back in slower or the light fades away slower

time - yeah, it would be something like that.

lights - that's easy.  it is those silly curly que (compact florecent) light bulbs that are so much more environmentally friendly that you have to call the hazmat team if you break on and recycle them because of the mercury that they are made with.  you know, the ones that last so long you only have to replace three before your regular incandecent bulb burns out.

nah, i'm not really bitter.  bitter is that $40 led bulb that is supposed to last 20 years that i bought two months ago that is now burned out.  granted, it probably burned for a solid three hours first.
