To kill time, I like to reach the abode of the god Chronos to engage him in combat. It’s always a difficult fight, of course, and ending up in Hades over and over again is incredibly annoying, but finally killing the guy is so satisfying. Sure, it ends the universe since it can’t exist without time, but it’s always restored by the next episode so it doesn’t matter.

You can also slash repeatedly at the air with a knife. If you do it enough times — well, an egregious amount of slashes and an unholy amount of speed is required —, you will eventually tear open a hole in space-time. Keep at it and it exponentially grows, consuming everything. Note that you can’t slow down or stop one second because if you do the universe will patch this hole and your labor will have been pointless.

I pace back and forth, crouched, when there is someone on the other side of the wall to power level my sneak skill and it’s corresponding surprise attack dmg multiplier…Takes hours.
