I understand. But you cannot say you have feelings and yet you have this 'non-feeling': the feelings are denying the 'non-feeling'.

I agree actually . The existential love happens in the absence of all other feelings .

I wanted to say something about the thoughts I listen to . I'm aware that the view exists that thoughts aren't particularly useful .
I find though that they put into language the things you realise.
I certainly found it helpful in terms of my mental health documenting my thoughts but in terms of establishing what I am , I'm not sure if it's useful or not .

Oh, they 'have' this non-feeling?.. Can they describe it? Most people stumble when it comes to actually describing it. Even if it's awkward, it will make sense to the one going through this.
So can anybody describe this non-feeling? I doubt that somebody who practices can ever come to that. The very practice denies it.

That's true I won't deny it . I have a map . The interesting thing to me is that a part of my completing my functioning map, a core part , was the I am love experience. But it never became part of my notes . It was the root of the tree.
