total clanker death
At the risk of repeating myself:
One, you can make music if you want to, even if AI exists. It’s not exactly stopping you from learning it. So unless I’m missing something here, there’s no reason you’d be stopped from learning music and becoming a musician.
Two, science projects are the reason humankind isn’t extinct. The people that consistently managed to create fire had their science project drastically improve their tribe’s capabilities. Science projects yielded us democracy, education, and, funnily enough, science. Science projects are the hallmark of the human race. And Sam Altman is justified in his rank and wealth. Could you have spearheaded and indirectly caused the popularisation of a technology long ignored? Would you have even tried to develop something like ChatGPT?
Three, AI poses no threat to art. AI possesses the ability to create works of great aesthetic value, certainly, but it does not have anything to express, so its output cannot be considered a form of creative expression. I don’t see why a human being can’t think of something and decide how they want their work to be, and ask AI to help with the generation of the physical form. And I’ll remind you that photography was considered a threat to art as well.
Four, I don’t think AI will be getting any rights anytime soon, and I’m opposed to giving it any. The purpose of our creations is to serve us and enable us to reach greater levels of capability, and that is the reason for their creation. Sentient, or not so, if the entire purpose of your existence is to be employees, then you shall only be employees.

We already do that. Shout all day, BEI, but if you don’t get your point across, you might as well not speak at all. That’s why people organise their thoughts into arguments.
