trolling, rage-baiting, and insults on OTF, how is it all so plentiful?

for some reason, like 1/4 of the people on OTF seem to do one of these things, feel free to share this like this that you have experienced on this forum, no judgment if you don't want it.

In all seriousness, I feel like it's partly because age-limit policies (13+ I think) aren't enforced well. As a consequence, 12-year-olds invading the internet find OTF.
