(Squareroot .2)^-2 is right!!! NICE Gambit!

Square root of .2 squaredvis just .2, but to the NEGATIVE 2 power, it is 1 OVER .2, which is 2

;-)

after a couple of guesses (you didn't say other numbers couldn't be used, i did only use two 2s) i remembered i'd heard it before and although i couldn't remember exactly how it was done i remembered enough to mess around on my calculator to find it...

aHorseWithNoNams, no offense, but I don’t feel insulted. You’re “insult” is very petty.

Well, 2/2 plus four would work.

no words either!!! lol

No tricks, like inverting the digits, or combining words..etc, completely legit!

(2+2+2)/2+2=5

Or...... (2/2)+(2x2)=5

Ask me a harder one

How is my post #20 not a valid answer? I used two 2s, no other numbers, and I used symbols to make 2 into 5
Endapuppy
Or.....(2+2+2+2+2)/2=5
Endapuppy
Lol
Endapuppy
Lol
Endapuppy
Or....... (2x2+2)-(2/2)=5
incorrectname

2 2s

It's in the title, and has been from the start...

If you look closer you might also see the solution...

Using the word two is a trick no?
Endapuppy
A trick in the solution not the question I mean

Two squared +2/2=5 ....a bit tricksy
