VOTE NOW for Chess.com Troll of the Month - Oct. 2013

macer, did you update the votes yet?
yeah I've notice that too, he hasn't even counted my voted. So the whole thing is rigged !

@Irontiger: I would like to answer you more properly then I can in this thread. Could you give me more information about the philosophy of David McKay? I searched for it yesterday, but I could not find a good description of his definitions.

letsgohome gets my vote for the most boring posts ever. Try reading one without falling asleep.
Unfortunately, because of the 1 month ban that chess.com placed on letsgohome, he missed the October contest. You should read some of the threads he started before he got banned, especially the "find a blunder" thread. Back then his trolling was absolutely epic (right now it's still consistently good, and occasionally gives us glimpses of his former brilliance, but in general it's nowhere near as good as it used to be). However, once nominations open up for the November contest, you can nominate him if you like.
Wow macer, are we talking about the same person? If you have read any of his comments without the need of a fully charged defibrillator then I am amazed. I found everything he said very repetitive throughout several thread topics. If there was a trophy for being boring I would send him one.
Edit:- I just looked at your profile, he is one of your friends. Now I understand.

You can't be sure yet - he's only leading by 2, and there're still 5 days left to vote. All you can say is right now Sebleb has a slight advantage.

I change my to to macer75. If everybody who is not voting on Sebleb or Xieff will do that, then might macer75 win!

This is the stupidest election I have ever seen. Do what you all will, but I think it is stupid if someone can change their vote. It is just weird.

The real problem with this "election" is that trolls have been able to campaign at the polling places.

You only say that because you dont want people to switch their votes to someone else other than you
No I think this because it just looks retarded. I mean, you don't see this irl. It is childish.

IRL you would have been arrested.

How surprisingly old fashioned to call posting on the internet not part of real life. What life is this then? Does one really think that you can be anonymous on the internet? That there is a separation between virtual and physical reality?

Yeah, this is completely virtual. Get real man. Most likely(and unfortunately) I will probably never meet any of you in real life. So why not disrespect your silly beliefs and beat the crap out of your mentality while I am here?

I know where I am. Nice to hear that you perceive it as unfortunate that you will never meet one of us physically.
Because you will have a better life for yourself when you live in an atmosphere in which you feel nice and good and in which you are not disrespecting other people. I call that the attitude of wise egoism.
The winner of October will receive the most prestigious honour that can be bestowed upon a troll of high standards, it is tantamount to a GM in chess. It is prevalently known and regarded by peers of the upper echelon as the standard benchmark for preeminience in the brotherhood. It is, of course, the 30 brah salute. And in this world of withheld permissions may you fly as high as the "30 brah salute." That is all
