So typically speaking, waffles are thicker and about the height of 3 average pancakes. And when you pour syrup on pancakes it just spills of vs. Waffles are made for it to not do that. So clearly waffles are superior

Waffles are more expensive, harder to make, not readily available, and are just inferior to the almighty pancake
