First option will be custom, in that select the background drop-down
select custom and upload

I need help. I don't know how it happened, it's been several years since I logged on. But my wallpaper on chess.com is a bunch of Marines standing in formation. I was in the Army, so if anything, I'd want an Army background, but regardless, the Marine uniforms make it hard to see everything else on the screen.
How do I change my wallpaper?
