AAAAH! If u take MP, it would overlap with several military bases installed by me to counter aggression against enemies and treaty-breakers. HH, for example, broke the treaty and colonised the Angolan Empire before disintegrating and distributing the land to the remaining Allies. I have also installed an airbase in Punjab to counter aerial attacks. If I give them to u, how could I defend myself from spying enemies and reconnaissance aircraft? I haven't established airbases anywhere else other than NE India and Bangladesh, but they are far away.....and NW India is an important area to us, as we get a lot of water resources and better cash flow. A significant population in the NW area is doing rice cultivation. The mills are present in Punjab and further processing is done in Maharashtra. If u take them, u cut off the supply of rice to the entire West corner of India. Then the ppl will rebel against u and me.
