I am currently trying to afford a metal detector...in the 60's my brothers and I burried a time capsule. Among the other things in it were the chess notations to a game they had just finished playing. The landmarks we thought would last haven't and now it is somewhere on the property. It most likely is underneath the foundation of the garage. By the way, my brother is a ham operator, N7AL is his call letters. But we live in Boise, Idaho, not Washington State.
