welcome to chess.com trophy

so, if you look in someone's profile and awards, you will see the welcome to chess.com trophy and it is sent from chess.com. but for me, i don't see that trophy in my awards. is it a bug, or it is just like that so that you can't see your own welcome trophy? another, some ppl have more than 1 welcome to chess.com trophy and it is sent from random people that aren't chess.com staff or anything. how do they send that? like when you send someone a award there isn't a welcome trophy

oh.. yea lots of ppl do.. and also the welcome to our group trophy.. i think chess.com took some trophys away.. they used to have more trophies and then some people still have them from before maybe...
