This kid in school years ago--here in the USA--had the name of Richard Holt...the name Richard can be nicknamed into Rich, Richie, D ICK...!!!...so this poor kid's parents had the dumb sense (read: NO sense) to name him D ick Holt (like "hold")...🙄
