You know sometimes people turn a blind eye to suffering . Like people of different colours saying I just don't care how things are for the other .
You know like that experiment about the teacher that said that the blue eyed kids were naughty . Something like that .
Are we taught to hate ? Do we love naturally or are we taught to love ?
My own experience is that love comes naturally . We just have to let it happen .
I don't mean being loved , just loving .
And I mean agape love I'd say

you guys have a point. To be honest a lot of my time I'm travelling so it's nice to be able to chat here. But my wife loves facebook you know.

I was thinking the morning about tribalism.
I recall watching batman vs superman I wanted batman to triumph and I saw that the reason was I saw batman as a human being, part of my tribe.
We are naturally inclined to support our own.

when I watched the batman movie I noticed myself being stimualted by the fighting. We seem natually to enjoy fighting. I think perhaps we are built genetically to fight. We've had to to surive when you think back.
And yet we are all so sensitive to pain nowadays right? We are used to having a fairly pain free life. I bet it hasn't always been that way.

also thinking about this animal evolution that's happening, sometimes we have rage that's entirely disproportionate to what's happening.
Someone at work steals our thunder and we are about ready to kill them. We have to rise above our natural instincts don't we? Perhaps see through the pattern.
I'm reminded of the whole religious thing. The battle of spirit vs flesh.
